Day #3

Today went really had a shake for breakfast and lunch, Greek Yogurt for snack and Grilled veggies and wild rice for dinner. I'm really enjoying how great I feel doing this lots of energy.
  I don't seem to crash in the middle of the day. I can count calories all day but I really just wanna learn to eat better foods no 100 cal snacks. This blog is going to be short not much to say lol
