DAY #4
Wellllll today was good!!! I started my lady time and I always want a burger..... Soooo I went and got a small one and it was a HORRIBLE mistake, my stomach hurt and I felt AWFUL!! Which I'm glad I did that cause know I know all I want to do is feel good. I can tell I'm dropping weight clothes are fitting different and my skin was always dry and would get pimples since I moved to Texas and now it's clear and back to normal.
Day #3
Today went really had a shake for breakfast and lunch, Greek Yogurt for snack and Grilled veggies and wild rice for dinner. I'm really enjoying how great I feel doing this lots of energy.
I don't seem to crash in the middle of the day. I can count calories all day but I really just wanna learn to eat better foods no 100 cal snacks. This blog is going to be short not much to say lol

DAY #2
Alright Yesterday I weighed and I was 135.3 YUCK lol............ I was 29 inches around the waist... Yesterday Day 2 went great! I had a shake for breakfast, Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries for a snack a shake for lunch and a 6 inch Veggie flat-bread with a little of oil & Vinegar I know not the best option but I was late on eating :( I'm feeling great today had my breakfast shake already. I can't believe how much energy I have.
I sleep better at night cause my stomach isn't messed up from crummy foods and I'm excited to start working out on Monday. Collin my little guy makes this easy cause he isn't picky at all and if it's not good he just dumps hot sauce on it and eats it anyways haha... Well I will right more on Day 3 later .......

Day #1
So today went REALLY good I forgot to weight and measure but I can do that tomorrow. My pup had surgery so it slipped my mind. This first shake was my breakfast one I should have used half a scoop of powder but, like me I didn't I went with a full scoop and went to Ross and yeah went straight for the bathroom.... NOW you know a Ross bathroom and a Walmart bathroom are NEVER good ideas so you know this was bad lol.
I stayed full till about 1:00pm I had a small Greek yogurt with fresh blue berries, then at 2:30pm I had another shake it was the Vanilla with HALF a scoop of fiber and fresh berries. It was sooo good tasted like cake batter. I went to the store bought some fresh veggies came some made my dinner around 6pm I will have some tea before bed. So all in all it was a great first day :)

Tomorrow is day ONE
IT's HERE!!! I'm so excited I have been reading, watching videos. I'm excited to start tomorrow bust out the
Trusty tripod and get my befores ick :/ I'm also starting my 90 day supreme get back to my healthy ways :) I have lost 4 pounds since last Thursday or Friday I was a creeping up lol....
By the way I found one kit-kat stick from Collin last night in my purse and I'm not ashamed to say I ate it haha
I will start my 7 day cleance on Sunday. In my kit I got these Carmel and chocolate chews to help with energy and maybe sweet tooth? Cause they smell SWEEEE! So read on tomorrow to see all my dirty facts weigh and measurements.
I really appritiate those who are fallowing :) means a lot!! WISH Me LUCK FOR TOMORROW!

Soooo tomorrow night my goodies come in! I will weigh Friday and measure. I can't wait to be feeling better and having more energy. Tonight I had some ethnic food and I can tell you it went a lot like that movie Along came Polly lol
I will write each day on how it went and what I did. And every Friday I will weigh. I will also post pics :) I will start my 90 day supreme with it and get even healthier and muscle tone sounds nice right? Well wish me luck :)

Tired of being tired....
Hello everyone I'm excited to keep a dairy on my journey with this 30 day detox from Arbonne. I'm always tired and unmotivated to workout. I have lots of stomach issues and have been eating HORRIBLE since Christmas, and need a change I know I can count calories but I really want to get heathy, and change my eating habits. I have a SUPER BUSY 9 year old I need to keep up with.
I can't wait till my kit gets here so I can post weight YIKES lol and measurements. I can't wait to see how I feel after my first 30 Days are up. Between adult acne and severe stomach problems it's time to make a change and 2012 is the year!! Wish me luck I will post before pictures when my kit gets here :)
