DAY #2

  Alright Yesterday I weighed and I was 135.3 YUCK lol............ I was 29 inches around the waist... Yesterday Day 2 went great! I had a shake for breakfast, Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries for a snack a shake for lunch and a 6 inch Veggie flat-bread with a little of oil & Vinegar I know not the best option but I was late on eating :( I'm feeling great today had my breakfast shake already. I can't believe how much energy I have.
    I sleep better at night cause my stomach isn't messed up from crummy foods and I'm excited to start working out on Monday. Collin my little guy makes this easy cause he isn't picky at all and if it's not good he just dumps hot sauce on it and eats it anyways haha... Well I will right more on Day 3 later .......
